Joe Duggan is a native of Reading, MA and has been in the customer service industry for over 25 years. He attended Suffolk University in Boston, MA majoring in Communications. After 16 successful years in the airline industry, earning numerous customer service and safety recognition awards, Joe shifted his goals to bring his love of customer service to a career in Real Estate. In researching real estate companies, Joe chose the best; RE/MAX.
In his 1st year of real estate, Joe quickly earned 2 REALTOR® awards for performance. The following year, Joe was the recipient of the RE/MAX REALTOR® of the Year Award within the 5 office franchise as well as being nominated for RE/MAX of New England’s REALTOR® of the Year Award. In 2006, Joe remained a top representative in his company, earning numerous REALTOR® performance awards throughout the year. Since the beginning of his real estate career, Joe has won consecutive RE/MAX International awards each year .
To better meet his clients needs, Joe became a Certified Buyer’s Representative and a Massachusetts Notary Public. In 2007, Joe obtained his Broker's license and, along with his business partner Ronnie Puzon, opened RE/MAX TRINITY. To give back to the community, RE/MAX TRINITY contributes a portion of all commissions earned to Children's Miracle Network which sends the proceeds to Children's Hospital in Boston. The Children's Miracle Network has bestowed on RE/MAX TRINITY the title of "Miracle Office".
Joe’s philosophy for success is treating each client and customer with the utmost individual and personal attention. He gives 100% of his energy to his business. Attention to detail is extremely important respect in his business and personal life is key. Joe is extremely appreciative for the clients who have been and are referred to him.
